OPTION 2 ‑ MOUNTING CABINET
NOTE: Option 2 is for hanging cabinet directly on wall. Holes
are provided for studs on 16" and 24" centers. Assembly
shown for installation on 16"centers.
Process:
• Attach Top as shown using (4) bolts, (6) screws, (4) washers
and (10)nuts.
• Fingertighten.
Items Needed:
1/4-20 x 1/2" Carriage Bolt (Qty: 4)
1/4-20 x 1/2" Button Head Screw (Qty: 6)
11/32" Washer (Qty: 4)
1/4-20 Serrated Flange Nut (Qty: 10)
Top (Qty: 1)
NOTE: Holes in back of cabinet are spaced to allow mounting
on studs with 16" (40.64cm) centers or 24" (60.96cm) centers.
Leave outside holes open to mount to studs on 24" (60.96cm)
centers. Leave inside holes open to mount to studs on 16"
(40.64cm)centers.
Items Needed:
#8‑32 x 3/8" Pan Head Screw (Qty: 8)
Door Right (Qty: 1)
Door Left (Qty: 1)
Magnet (Qty: 1)
Process:
• Square the cabinet and wrench tighten all the bolts from
steps 1-5.
• Ensure lock on right side door is in the unlockposition.
• Attach right side door as shown, using (4)screws.
• Adjust door for optimum performance before tightening
screws. Care should be taken so as not to overtighten.
• Attach left side door in the samemanner.
• Attach magnet to shelf to hold right doorclosed.
NOTE: Magnet should be positioned to only engage the right
door. Right door will keep left doorclosed.
Process:
• Place the Grommet in thehole.
