System The quick-connect on the nozzle extension allows you to switch between four different ProjectPro TM system nozzles. The ProjectPro TM nozzles vary the pressure and spray pattern as shown.
Cleaning and AppRying Detergent Pressure IMPORTANT: Use detergents designed specifically for pressure washers. Household detergents could damage the pump. Washer Rinsing After detergent is applied, scour the surface and rinse it clean as follows: Up to three (3) different solutions can be carried with the cleaning system at one time. To apply detergent follow these steps: 1. Prepare detergent solution as required by manufacturer. Fill chemical reservoir(s) with prepared solution as needed.
How to Use the Hose Reel Tips Your cleaning system is equipped with a hose reel designed to store the hose when unit is not in use. See "Prepare Unit for Storage" for long term storage of more than 30 days. • OF wax. After each use: 1. Disconnect hose from spray gun and high pressure outlet on pump. 2. Drain water from hose. 3. ENGINE TECHNICAL INFORMATION PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS This is a single cylinder, overhead valve (OHV), air cooled engine, it is a low emissions engine. Pressure in the State of California, Model Series 120000 engines are certified by the California Air Resources Board to meet emissions standards for 125 hours. Such certification does not grant the purchaser, owner or operator of this engine any additional warranties with respect to the performance or operational life of this engine.
OWNER'S RESPONSIBIUTIES Follow the hourly or calendar intervals, whichever occurs first. More frequent service is required when operating in adverse conditions noted below.
CAUTION • DO NOT insert any objects through . cooling slots. • Use a damp cloth to wipe exterior surfaces clean. • Use a soft bristle brush to loosen caked on dirt, oil, etc. • Use a vacuum cleaner to pick up loose dirt and debris. • Use low pressure air (not to exceed 25 psi) to blow away dirt. Inspect cooling air slots and openings on the pressure washer. These openings must be kept clean and unobstructed.
Pump Maintenance Checking Changing Pump OH Oil level should be checked prior to each use or at least every 8 hours of operation. Keep oil level maintained. Change oil every 50 hours or once yearly, whichever occurs first. Changing NOTE: You must purchase an approved bottle of pump oil by calling 1-800-366-PART or online at www.sears.com.
To service the air cleaner, follow these steps: 1. Loosen two screws and lift off cover. Two Screws _ .... Spark Arrester Your engine is not factory-equipped with a spark arrester. In some areas, it is illegal to operate an engine without a spark arrester. Check local laws and regulations. A spark arrester is available from your nearest Sears service center. AFTER EACH USE WINTER Water should not remain in the unit for long periods of time. Sediments or minerals can deposit on pump parts and "freeze" pump action. FolJow these procedures after every use: 1. Flush chemical system by selecting system rinse tank and run pressure washer with black detergent nozzle. LONG TERM STORAGE Protect if you do not plan to use the pressure washer for more than 30 days, you must prepare the engine and pump for long term storage. To protect the pump use Sears pump saver to prevent freeze damage and lubricate pistons and seals. Pump NOTE: Sears pump saver, item number 71-74403, is available as an optional accessory.
