Take the MICROS® Tablet POS anywhere
you have Wi-Fi coverage. The portable
device is ideal for taking payments in remote
locations away from registers, such as coffee
carts, picnics, and sporting events.
The Functionality You Need
The Tablet POS accepts payments via credit
cards, gift cards, and magnetic stripe ID
cards. You can also print customer receipts
to a Bluetooth belt printer (Epson TM-P60).
The Tablet POS can be used as a portable
extra point-of-sale (POS) device when lines are getting long (e.g., take this device out into a
long line, ring up a customer’s items, and accept payment).
The Tablet POS runs a full version of MICROS POS software, so its configuration and use is
the same as any other full-sized POS workstation. The Tablet POS Client Application Loader
automates and simplifies software deployment and updates.
