Windows policies are used to enforce particular desktop and security standards for users logging
onto the Terminal Server. These policies standardize the look and feel of the desktop as well as
restrict and enforce user options. This section describes the suggested policy settings in the
Bankway Terminal Server environment.

responsibility of the bank’s desired network vendor to configure Windows policies and
security.
Windows policies are configured using the Group Policy Snap-in.
