c Please use PC to format the USB flash drive as "FAT 32".
d If the USB flash drive is not supported by the DVR, then the “USB
ERROR” message will be shown on the screen.
e We recommend to clear all the files in the USB flash drive before you
backup files in your USB flash drive.
f The backup files can be viewed on the licensed software AP. Or users
can convert the recorded file to AVI format. For detailed AP playback,
please refer to P.36.
Move the cursor to “BACKUP”, press ”ENTER”, and the screen will show the following
options.

BACKUP TO USB START
1) START TIME:
Select the start time of the backup.
2) END TIME:
Select the end time of the backup.
3) AVAILABLE SIZE:
Display the available capacity in the inserted USB flash drive.
4) CHANNEL:
Select channels by pressing “ENTER” button to change the symbol in front of the channel
number.
Symbol “X” means that this channel is not selected.
Symbol “●” means that this channel is selected.
5) HDD NUM:
Choose the HDD.
6) BACKUP TO USB:
Press “ENTER” to start backup the chosen file to the inserted USB flash drive.
7) Backup Image with Audio:
Only 4 channels support audio backup. If you want to backup images with audio, please connect
the camera to the correct channels.
16CH / 16CH(D) models: CH13, CH14 , CH15 and CH16
8CH / 8CH(D) models: CH5, CH6, CH7 and CH8
4CH / 4CH(D) models: CH1, CH2, CH3 and CH4
