Q: Are the cushion removable for cleaning??
A: Yes, it’s very easy to remove and put back on after washing.
Q: How thick is the cushion & what color is it?
A: The thick of the cushion is about 1.18 in.
Q: After installation, the cats jumped onto the cushion. Is it still firm?
Will it fall?
A: No, it’s sturdy! There are 2 brackets and 2 velcro strips, the perch can
be stably attached to the windowsills or walls. It does squish down when
they climb on, but it stays attached.
Q: Will it hold 20 lb dog?
A: Yes, because the 2 brackets are fixed with screws, it is sturdy, and it
can withstand a maximum weight of 44lbs.
Q: Do this work with a window that slides open from right to left ?
A: As long as the bay window is wide enough and the window does not
touch the product when it is opened or closed, it can be used.
