ANNUALCLEANINGOFGRILLHOUSING
Burnoffthe barbecueafter every cookout will keep it readyforinstant use, however, once a year you should
givetheentiregrillathoroughcleaningtokeepitintopoperatingcondition.
1.Removeandcleanthecookinggrids,flavorizers,etc.
2.Removewarmingrackandwashwithmilddetergentandwarmwater.
3.Brushtheinsideandbottomofthegrillwithastiffwirebrush,andwashdownwithamildsoapandwarm
watersolution.Washthoroughlyandletdry.
4.Reinstallflavorizers,cookinggrids,andwarmingrack.
IMPORTANT:YoushouldNOTlinethebottomofthegrillhousingwithaluminumfoil,sandoranyothergrease
absorbentsubstance.Greasewillnotbeabletodripintothedriptrayandagreasefiremayoccur.

1. Keep outdoor cooking appliance area clear and free from combustible materials, gasoline and other
flammablevaporsandliquids.
2. Donotobstructtheflowofcombustionandventilationair.
3. Clean outdoor cooking appliance, including special surfaces, with recommended cleaning agents, if
