Unlock with the combination lock or electronic lock.
Clockwise rotate 90 degrees to open the suitcase.
The electronic lock can be used normally only when the suitcase is
energized and it will lock autonomously in the case of normal
shutdown or running out of power. If the electronic lock fails to
locking due to abnormal shutdown, please reboot it.

In general case, we suggest our customer to use the electronic lock, while ensure the TSA and combination lock are closed.

Please amend your initial password timely when you receive the suitcase.

Password Modification Steps

Entering the correct password, rotate clockwise the
lock to open the suitcase. Then contrarotate the lock
and find the password reset paddle on the back.

Put back the paddleChange the password
