Troubleshooting
WARNING: If you are uncertain about the accuracy of any
measurement, check the patient's vital signs by alternate
means; then make sure the N-560 is functioning correctly.
WARNING: The cover should be removed only by qualified
service personnel. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
CAUTION: Do not spray, pour, or spill any liquid on the N-560,
its accessories, connectors, switches, or openings in the
chassis.
Error Codes
When the N-560 detects an error condition, it may display the letters
“EEE” followed by an error code.
When an error code is displayed, turn the N-560 off, wait 10 seconds,
and turn the N-560 on. If the error code is listed in Table 4 , follow the
action(s) listed. If the action does not correct the error condition,
notify service personnel. If the
error code is not listed in Table 4,
notify service personnel.
When the N-560 detects a defective sen
sor connected to the N-560
the N-560 displays an error code of “Sen Err.” The sensor should be
replaced and the N-560 power should be recycled.
