This Manual sets out the responsibilities of the DM Group’s appointed Information Officers who will take
up the duties mandated in PAIA and POPIA, to ensure compliance with PAIA and POPIA. This Manual
provides a reference to the records held by the DM Group and the procedures that need to be followed
to request access to such records.
