3.5.1 Pressure and temperature ranges

If the ambient temperature is more than +70°C/ +158°F, there is a risk of injury if you touch the
device. Use a protective cover or metallic grid to prevent injury.

1 Flange temperature
Non-Ex devices: Depends on the type of antenna, process connection and the seal material. Refer to the table that
follows.
Ex devices: see supplementary operating instructions
2 Ambient temperature for operation of the display
-20...+60°C / -4...+140°F
If the ambient temperature is not between these limits, the display screen switches off automatically. The device con-
tinues to operate.
3 Ambient temperature
Non-Ex devices: -40...+80°C / -40...+176°F
