If you have contacted Cou nt erPa th Custome r Su pp ort in or der to troubleshoot a problem, you may be asked to

generate a diagnostic log and send i t to Cou nt er Path.

When done, choose Help > T roubleshooting

> Diagnostics > Advanced Logging again.
