7. Installaon of New LP / Propane Rang / Serial Plate
Record the model and serial number on the LP / Propane Rang serial plate provided in this kit. The informaon
can be obtained from the exisng Rang / Serial plate. Place the new plate as close as possible to the exisng
Rang / Serial plate on the range.
Do not use a me to check for gas leaks
a. Disconnect the range and its individual shut-o valve from the gas supply piping system during a
ny
pressure of
that system at test pressures greater than 14” of water column pressure (approximately ½” psig) b. The appliance
must be isolated from the gas supply piping system by closing its individual manual hut-o valve during any
pressure tesng of the supply system at test pressure equal to or less than 14” water column pressure
(approximately ½” psig)
