Follow these instructions for Windows 95
From the Start menu in Windows 95, select Settings and then
Printers from the Settings submenu.
Double click on the Add Printer icon
to bring up the Add Printer
Wizard.
Click
on the Next button.
Select the Local Printer option and then click on the Next button.
