Shawarma Kale Chips
4 ounces kale, chopped
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
1 COMBINE all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2 PLACE the kale evenly between the Cosori Food Dehydrator
trays.
3 DRY at 135°F for 12 to 13 hours, or until done.
4 STORE in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
PREP: 5 minutes
DEHYDRATE: 13 hours
