Limited Lifetime Warranty
This product has been manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards by Cosmo Appliances.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
Cosmo Appliances warrants the structure of the Product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for
the period commencing from the initial date of purchase by the original owner through the lifetime of the original owner.
Cosmo Appliances warrants the carttridge component of the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and
service for a period of three (3) years from the initial date of purchase by the original owner.
Cosmo Appliances warrants the spray assembly and other functional components of the product to be free from defects in workmanship and
materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase by the original owner.
Cosmo will replace the cartridge component, spray assembly, and other functional components if found to be defective. The customer must
contact Cosmo and provide a description of the defective part, including digital pictures if requested, along with the original proof of purchase. Defective
components must be returned to Cosmo Appliances shipping prepaid. After the 1st year, shipping costs of replacement parts will also be prepaid by the
customer. Functional parts are those components/parts that are critical to the performance of the product’s essential function. Non-functional parts are
those that are a cosmetic feature of the product such as knobs, other metal bodies/surfaces, etc.
CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
A. Cosmo Appliances will not be held responsible for product failures due to lack of maintenance or proper use.
B. The original sales receipt must be presented at the time of the warranty claim, without exception, for this warranty to be applied.
C. Commercial use will automatically void this warranty.
D. This warranty does not apply unless this product was installed by a fully insured licensed professional.
F. This warranty is not applicable to Cosmo Appliance products purchased from an unauthorized seller. For a complete list of authorized sellers please

NON-APPLICABILITY OF THIS WARRANTY
By purchase and use of our products, you agree that Cosmo Appliances is not liable for incidental, consequential or special damages associated with the
return, replacement, installation or use of your product. This includes shipping costs, labor, home damages and other contingent liabilities and costings.
Cosmo Appliances makes no implication that products comply with any or all local building or plumbing codes. It is the consumer's responsibility to
determine local code compliance. This warranty extends only to the original owner.

WHO IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
The warranty extends to the original purchaser only. This warranty is not transferable, between homes or owners and is only applicable for residential use.
