To keep the oven as clean as possible, cook m 
on the tray. 
OVEN RACKS
The ranges are equipped with commercial 
grade shelves and an enamel cooking tray.
Shelves are mounted on the appropriate guides 
situated on the sides of the oven compartment. 
Insert the shelf between top and bottom guide in 
any of the 5 positions available.
When available, always follow recipe book 
directions. Personal experience will help to 
determine any variations in the values reported 
in the table. In any case, it is recommended to 
follow the instructions of the specific recipe 
being used. 
 
When using the oven for the first time it should 
be operated for 15-30 minutes at a temperature 
of about 500°F/260°C without cooking anything 
inside in order to eliminate any moisture and 
odours from the internal insulation. 
OVEN FUNCTION SELECTOR The 
oven has 8 functions defined for the 
following operations (from OFF position in 
clockwise direction): 
BROILER 
(Broiler heating element) to 
be used with temperature selector at 
500°F for broiling 
CONVECTION BROILER (Broiler 
heating element + fan) to be used with 
temperature selector at 500°F for convection 
broiling
CONVECTION (Circular heating 
element + fan) to be used with oven 
temperature from 0 to 500°F/260°C 
DEHYDRATE (Bottom heating 
element - fan) to be used with 
temperature selector at 100°F (corresponding 
to an internal oven setup fixed temperature of 
100°F/38°C) 
BAKE (Broiler + Bottom heating 
elements) to be used with oven 
temperature from 100° to 500°F/260°C 
TURBO(Circular + Bottom heating 
elements+ fan) to be used with oven 
temperature from 100° to 500°F/260°C
