IN-HOME SERVICE
FULL TWO YEAR WARRANTY
For 24 months from the date of original 
retail purchase, Cosmo will repair or 
replace any part free of charge including 
labor that fails due to a defect in 
materials or workmanship.
Cosmo may replace or repair at their 
sole discretion any part, sub system 
including the entire product.
Product must be accessible, without 
encumbrance and installed properly to 
receive warranty repair service.
LIMITED WARRANTY
NOTE: This warranty commences on 
the date the item was purchased, and 
the original purchase receipt must be 
presented to the authorized service 
representative before warranty repairs are 
rendered.
No other warranty applies.
FOR WARRANTY SERVICE
All service must be performed by a 
Cosmo authorized service center. For 
the name and telephone number of the 
nearest authorized service center, 
please call 1-888-784-3108
Before calling please have available the 
following information:
Model number and serial number of your 
appliance. The name and address of the 
dealer you purchased the unit from and 
the date of purchase.
A clear description of the problem.
A proof of purchase (sales receipt).
This warranty covers home appliance 
services within the contiguous United 
States and Canada and applies only 
when the appliance is used in the 
country in which it was purchased.
What is not covered by this warranty:
Commercial, non-residential, multiple-1.
family use, or use inconsistent with 
published user, operator or installation 
instructions.
In-home instruction on how to use2.
your product.
4. Consumable parts (i.e. light bulbs, batteries,
air or water filters, etc.)
5. Defects or damage caused by the use of non-
genuine Cosmo Appliances parts.
6. Conversion of products from natural gas or
L.P. gas.
7. Damage from accident, misuse, abuse, fire,
floods, acts of God or use with products not 
approved by Cosmo Appliances. Repairs to 
parts or systems to correct product damage or 
defects caused by unauthorized service, 
alteration or modification of the appliance.
8. Cosmetic damage including scratches,
dents, and chips, unless such damage results 
from defects in materials and workmanship and 
is reported to Cosmo Appliances within 30 
days.
10. Damage resulting from any product
modification, alteration or adjustment 
not 
authorized by Cosmo.
Travel or transportation expenses for12.
service in remote locations where an 
authorized Cosmo Appliances servicer is 
not available.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN 
IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER 
WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR 
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT 
LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF 
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS 
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
The remedy provided in this warranty is 
exclusive and is granted in lieu of all other 
remedies.
This warranty does not cover incidental 
or consequential damages, so the above 
limitations may not apply to you. Some 
states do not allow limitations on how long 
an implied warranty lasts, so the above 
limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specic legal 
rights, and you may have other rights, 
which vary from state to state.
3. Service to correct improper product
maintenance or installation, installation 
not in accordance with electrical or 
plumbing codes or correction of 
household electrical or plumbing (i.e. 
house wiring, fuses or water inlet hoses).
Food or medicine loss due to9.

11. Pick-up or delivery. This product is
intended for in-home repair.
