UsinganAndroidSmartphonewith3CX
iPhones and Android phones can be used as clients for 3CX Phone System, using the freely
available 3CXPhone for Android and 3CXPhone for iPhone. Using 3CXPhone, your smartphone
becomesawirelessdeskphoneintheoffice,andcanbeusedtoanswerandreceivecompanycalls
while out of the officevia WiFi or 3G (Providing your mobile service providersupports VoIP over
3G).
3CXPhoneSystemLicensing
Licensingisbasedonthenumberofsimultaneouscallsthatyourcompanyrequires,includingboth
externalandinternalcalls.Each3CXPhoneSystemallowsyoutocreateanUNLIMITEDnumberof
extensions. To arrive at the correct number of simultaneous calls that you will need you must
usuallytaketheprojectednumberofextensionsanddividebytwotofourtimesdependingonhow
muchyourorganisationusesthephone.

addsthefollowingfeatures:
● AdvancedcallcenterfeaturesSupervisorscangetrealtimestatisticsfromagentsphones.
Besides monitoring queue status and which agents are logged on, you can also see the
numberofcallersinqueue,thenumberofanswered/unansweredcalls,callaverageandthe
longestwaittimes,thetimeanagentloggedin/outofqueueandmore.
● AdditionalqueuestrategiesincludingCallBack,LongestWait,LeastUsed.
● Whisper–Whisperfunctionalityonqueuecalls.ListenintomonitorAgentresponses,andif
