The Office hours Scheduling feature allows a user’s status to be changed based on global office
hoursorspecificofficehours.

InthissectionyoucanselectiftheextensionwillfollowthePBX’sGlobalOfficeHours,oruseit’s
own Specific Office Hours. To specify Specific Office Hours, enable the option and click
“Configure”. You can also configure Break Times by clicking “Configure” next to the option.
