STORING AUTHORIZATION CODE FOR LONG DISTANCE DIALING
Note: The 15 digit limit does not allow an authorization code to be stored on the same
button as a long distance number.
However, a user could store an authorization code under one speed dial button and a
long distance number under another. Then to place the long distance call , the user
would do the following:
1 Lift the handset or press the SPKR button
2. Press the speed dial button where the desired long distance number is stored.
3. Press the speed dial button where the authorization code is stored.
