Ask caller to hold
Touch Hold key (listen for confirmation tone)
DO NOT hang up the phone. Instead, place the
handset down next to the phone.
To return to the call, touch yellow Disc key or hold down the hookswitch for 2
seconds.
Call Pick Up
To answer another ringing phone in your pickup group…
Lift handset
Touch Call Pickup key or touch *80
You are connected to the caller.
