Programming instructions

NAME DISPLAY
Allows your name and/or department name to be displayed to other campus extensions
that have display phones. The NAME assigned to a line is programmed by
Telecommunications upon the user’s request.
Examples of how Name Display could be used:
Department name only: Telecommunications
Staff member name only: Sara Coapstick
Department and name ITNT Sue Lakin
combination or
Sue Lakin ITNT
