5. If the user name is to be changed, in the ‘Name’ field, highlight and overtype the user’s
name
6. If the user’s title is to be changed, in the ‘Title’ field, highlight and overtype the users job
title
7. If the password is to be changed, in the ‘Password’ field, highlight and overtype the
password.
The password is never shown on any screens, asterisks are displayed.
8. If it is wished to change the period of days before the password expires, highlight and
overtype the number of days to expiry in that field.
9. Under the user access level caption, tick the check boxes for the functions that this user is
allowed to use. Click on a ticked check box if it is wished to remove a tick. The ‘All’ button
ticks all check boxes. The ‘None’ button removes all ticks from check boxes.
10. Click the ‘OK’ button to store the new user and password
The modified User details will display in the User list.
Displaying Users and Password
To display an existing system user’s details:
1. From the Main screen click ‘Log on’
The menu panel displays.
2. Select ‘Password’

’Edit Password’
.
The ‘Master Password Setup’ dialog box displays.
3. Click on the relevant user name in the user list to select and highlight.
The users details will be displayed, greyed out, in the field boxes.
Deleting a User and Password
To delete an existing system user from the system:
1. From the Main screen click ‘Log on’
The menu panel displays.
2. Select ‘Password’
!
’Edit Password’.
The ‘Master Password Setup’ dialog box displays.
3. Click on the relevant user name in the user list to select and highlight.
4. Click the ‘Delete’ button
A confirmation dialog box displays.
5. Click the ‘OK’ button to confirm the deletion
The User details will be removed from the User list and the password will no longer be accepted.
Changing Your Password
To change your own password:
1. From the Main screen click ‘Log on’
The menu panel displays.
2. Select ‘Password’
!
’Change Password’.
Or
3. Click the ‘Change Password’ button (button with the padlock icon)
The ‘Enter Password’ dialog box displays.
