Cort’s own acoustic range, which is fairly expensive in its own right, ought to be your first stopping point, as we’ve seen enough product coming from that direction where the build quality is nothing short of superb.

If we were to compare the output of the two, we would say that the OM is polite, demure and generally well-behaved, the Gold-A6 is lively, extroverted and boisterous. Both were subject to a similar workout – a bit of blues picking, some chordal strumming and a little melodic fingerstyle – and both had all boxes ticked.
