INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
CORSA EXHAUST
3. Install two, 2 ½” clamps on the 2 ½“ end of the
CORSA Axle-Back adapters so the bolt is
vertical and towards the inside of the vehicle,
with the nut towards the ground. Slide adapters
over factory tunnel muffler outlet pipes, and
tighten clamps using a ratchet and 15mm deep
socket, until adapters are snug on the pipes.
NOTE: The notches on the 2 ½“ end of the
adapters should be parallel to the ground.
WARNING: Do NOT over tighten the clamps, it
may oval the 3” end of the adapter.
4. Install the passenger hanger grommet assembly
from Removal Step 9 onto the front hanger of
the CORSA passenger muffler assembly in the
same position as it was installed on the stock
exhaust. Install one 3” clamp on the muffler inlet
pipe with the nut towards the ground, the bolt
vertical and towards the inside of the vehicle.
5. Slide the rear hanger into the passenger rear hanger grommet located just inside the passenger side tip
cut out. Slide the muffler inlet pipe over the passenger side X-Pipe outlet.
6. Install the front passenger hanger grommet
assembly onto the rear suspension sub-frame
and tighten down with the 13mm bolt from
Removal Step 4, using a 3/8” ratchet and 13mm
socket.
7. Tighten the clamp connecting the passenger
muffler inlet pipe to the X-Pipe outlet using a
ratchet and 15mm deep socket until muffler
assembly is snug on the X-Pipe.
