REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS
FACTORY EXHAUST
13. On the driver side, measure 19 ¾” away from the
flange on the stock resonator, following the outside
profile of the exhaust pipe.
NOTE: The tape measure should follow the bend
profile of the pipe.
On the passenger side, measure 20” away from
the flange on the stock resonator, following the
outside profile of the passenger side exhaust pipe.
14. Use a chain cutter or similar device to cut both the driver and passenger side exhaust pipes at the
marked locations.
15. Use a file or similar device to file any burrs on the
cut end of the stock tunnel section on both outside
and inside edges. Place the stock tunnel section in
a safe location for Install Step 2.
Step 15 concludes the removal of the factory exhaust.
