Axle-Back Exhaust System

Locate

the CORSA Driver

Side

Axle Pipe

and place

supplied

2.5”

clamp

over

the inlet

side

of the

pipe. Slide

the

pipe onto

the

outlet

of the

XO-

Pipe.

(See Fig’s J

& K)

Pre-tighten

the

clamp

at this

time using

15mm socket

wrench. Leave clamp loose enough

for

adjustment later

Locate

the CORSA

Passenger Side

Axle Pipe

and place

supplied 2.5”

clamp over

the inlet

side

of the

pipe. Slide

the

pipe onto

the

outlet

the

XO-Pipe.

(See Fig’s

L & M)

Pre-tighten

the

clamp

at this

time. Leave

clamp loose enough

for

adjustment later

Locate

the CORSA

Connector Plate and supplied nuts and bolts.

Assemble

the

connector plate

to the

tabs

each side

of the axle

pipes. Fasten the

nuts and bolts

each side

of the

connector plate using

a 9/16”

wrench

and socket.

N, O & P)

Pre-tighten

the

fasteners

at this

time.

Leave nuts and bolts loose enough

for

adjustment later

Locate

the CORSA Driver

side Muffler

assembly and place

supplied

2.5”

clamp over

the inlet of the

pipe. Slide

the

pipe onto

the

outlet

of the

driver

side

axle

pipe and insert

the

hanger

into the

factory grommet. Adjust

the

muffler assembly

that

the tips are

centered

in the

valance opening.

(See Fig’s

Q & R)

Pre-tighten

the

clamp

at this

time.

Locate

the CORSA

Passenger side

Muffler assembly and place

supplied

2.5”

clamp over

the inlet of the

pipe. Slide

the

pipe onto

the

outlet

the

passenger side

axle

pipe and insert

the

hanger

into the

factory

grommet.

Adjust

the

muffler assembly

that

the tips are

centered

in the

valance

opening.

& T)

Pre-tighten

the

clamp

at this

time.
