NOTE: Crushed ice also causes dispensing problems. When finished drink hits sharp edges of ice,
carbonation is released from finished drink.

pressure set too high for
existing water conditions or
temperature.
A. Reduce carbonator CO

pressure setting as instructed.

B. Remove soft drink tank quick
disconnects. Relieve tank CO
2
pressure, shake tank vigorously,
then relieve tank CO
2
pressure as
many times as necessary to
remove over-carbonation.
C. Tapered nylon washer inside
tube swivel nut connection
distorted from being
overtightened restricting syrup
flow.
C. Replace nylon washer. Make sure
washer is properly seated in
swivel nut.
ONLY CARBONATED WATER
DISPENSED.
A. Quick disconnect not secure
on soft drink tank.
A. Secure quick disconnect on soft
drink tank.
B. Out of syrup. B. Replenish syrup supply as
instructed.
