What is Covered by This Limited Warranty:

This limited warranty applies to any vanity countertop made with Corian®, by the certified

Corian® fabricator selected by your authorized vanity countertop retailer, installed after April 24,

2017 in the United States (“Vanity Top”).

This warranty is provided to the original owner of the installed Vanity Top. Subject to the

conditions below, this warranty is not transferable to the next purchaser of your home.

What DuPont Warrants the Product Will Do:

DuPont warrants that the Vanity Top will meet or exceed DuPont’s product specifications for a

period of 1-year from the date of original purchase Subject to DuPont receiving the documentation

described below and its determination that the product has a material defect based on such

documentation, DuPont will repair or exchange, at DuPont’s sole option and free of charge to the

owner, the parts that have a material defect which are returned, at DuPont’s cost, to the designated

address. For DuPont to make the determination, of a material defect, purchaser must provide: the

original receipt; shipping receipt acknowledging receipt of undamaged goods from the freight

forwarder; photographs showing the defect; and the detailed description of the nature of the defect.

What is Not Covered by this Limited Warranty:

This warranty is specific only to the Vanity Top, and does not cover improper, incorrect or

defective installation.

This warranty does not cover the base onto which the Vanity Top is installed. This Vanity Top

warranty does not apply to damage caused by negligence, gross negligence, or the willful

misconduct of the owner, installer or anyone performing work on the Vanity Top or the

installation of the vanity. This warranty also does not apply to damage caused by physical,

chemical or other abuse, damage from excessive heat, use in applications other than as a Vanity

Top, vandalism or attack by any party, or acts of nature. “Physical, chemical or other abuse”

includes any use of the Vanity Top that is unreasonable considering the normal and expected use

of such Vanity Top in a residential installation, and includes, but is not limited to, damage from

vandalism or exposure to liquids. “Acts of nature” include, but are not limited to, exposure to the

outdoors, weather effects and fire.

This warranty is not available to you if the basis of your claim is that after, or during installation,

you decided that you do not like the technology or color of the Vanity Top.

This warranty does not cover installations of Vanity Tops. DuPont is not responsible for the cost of labor incurred in replacing the Vanity Top. This warranty is limited to product replacement only. What Remedy is Available: When all the conditions of this warranty are met, DuPont’s vendor for the Vanity Top, will provide a replacement Vanity Top and replacement instruction to the end customer on behalf of DuPont free of charge.
