106 Troubleshooting Your Projector
Cannot use the Pen or cannot
connect the Pen?
a Check if the input source is PC (VGA,
HDMI, Wireless and LAN source).
b Check if the Interactive function is turned
On. (Menu

c Check if the Connection option is set
correctly. (Menu

d When using Wireless or LAN connection,
and the Pen does not work, check if the
Wireless/Network function is turned On.
(Menu
J SET UP J Wireless / Network)
e When using Wireless or LAN connection,
check if Dell Wireless Application Software
is connected. (Only support full screen
mode output).
f Check if Photo sensor is facing towards the
screen.
g If there are a number of Interactive Pens at
the same time, only one Pen can face the
screen. If there are more than two Pens
facing the screen, the Pen will not work.
h Push any key to wake up (except Nib
button).
The LED does not work.
a Check if the battery is installed.
b Check if the battery is installed correctly.
c Check if the battery is not depleted.
The Amber LED is
continuously lit
The battery is low, change a new one.
The Green LED is
continuously lit, but the cursor
does not move, and the
projector screen displays "USB
connection is not detected".
Check if the Mini USB is connected.
Cannot select Interactive Check if there is a PC (VGA, HDMI, Wireless
and LAN source) input source.
