To delete a symbol from the Symbols palette

In the Symbols palette, tap the symbol that you want to delete.

Tap the button in the upper right corner of the Symbols palette to display a
pull-down menu.

Ta p Delete Symbol.
To hide the Symbols palette
1
Double-tap the bar at the top of the Symbols palette.
