Troubleshoot ing
I f you cannot connect to SHDSL net work, please check t he st at us of t he LEDs on the front
panel, and then ensure t he following:
1.
Check t he LAN LED
I f the LAN LED goes off, ensure t hat the Et hernet cable is firm ly connect ed bot h to the
LAN port on t he Corecess 3311 and Et hernet port on your PC.
2.
Check t he LI NK LED
I f t he LI NK LED blinks cont inuously and never st ays solid on, ensure t hat t he SHDSL
cable is firm ly connect ed to the LI NE port on the Corecess 3311. I f t he LI NK LED st ill
blinks, contact your SHDSL service provider.
I f the LI NK LED goes off, t urn off the power of t he Corecess 3311 by pressing t he power
switch and turn on the power again. I f LI NK LED st ill goes off, cont act your vendor.
3.
Check your PC’s I P address
I f all LEDs operat e norm ally and cables are firm ly connected t o t he port s, ensur e t hat
your PC’s I P addr ess is properly assigned. Otherwise assign a new I P address according
t o your operat ing syst em .

Release All.
