To Whom It May Concern:

Cordova Safety in an industrial glove manufacturer and importer selling exclusively to

distributors. Cordova Safety does not manufacture, import, or distribute chemicals.

Gloves are considered to be “finished articles” and are exempt from OSHA, Hazard

Communication Standard 29CFR 1910. Due to the classification as an article, we

are not required to furnish Material Safety Data Sheets on our products. This

information is in accordance with Part 1910.1200 of Title 29 of the Code of Federal

Regulations, which states that an article is a manufactured item:

(i) which is formed to a specific shape or design during manufacture.

(ii) Which has end use function(s) dependant in whole or in part upon its

shape and design during end use, and

(iii) Which does not release or result in exposure to a hazardous chemical

under normal conditions of use.
