Get to know your earbuds!
CHARGING
Before initial use, make sure the earbuds and case are fully charged.
Charging the case:
Charge the case using the included USB cable. The white LED lights will
flash while charging and then remain steady when fully charged.
Charging Case Battery Levels
Charging the earbuds:
Place the earbuds in the case to begin automatic charging. The red
light on the earbuds will illuminate while charging and turn OFF when
charging is complete.
POWER ON & CONNECT
1. Earbuds power ON and automatically pair when removed from the
charging case.
2. On your device, open the Bluetooth® function, search for “Cordinate
TWS” and tap it to connect both earbuds with your mobile device.
If the earbuds fail to connect, insert both earbuds into the charging case
and repeat the previous steps.
POWER ON/OFF
Power ON
Method 1: Remove the earbuds from the charging case.
Method 2: Press and hold the touch sensor on both earbuds for
approximately three seconds or until you hear four ascending tones,
indicating the earbuds have been turned ON.
Power OFF
Press and hold the touch sensor for approximately five seconds or
until you hear four descending tones, indicating the earbuds have been
turned OFF.
AUDIO CONTROLS
Play/pause
Single tap either earbud’s touch sensor once to play or pause audio.
Next track/previous track
Double tap right earbud’s touch sensor to skip to the next track. Double
tap left earbud’s touch sensor button to skip to the previous track.
Volume control
Press and hold the touch sensor on the right earbud to increase volume.
Press and hold the touch sensor on the left earbud to decrease volume.
PHONE CONTROLS
Answer/end call
Double tap either earbud’s touch sensor to answer an incoming call or
end a current call.
Reject incoming call
Touch and hold either earbud’s touch sensor to reject call.
VOICE ASSISTANT
Activate voice assistant
Triple tap either earbud’s touch sensor to hear a beep, indicating voice
control has been activated on your device.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Earbuds fail to connect with cell phone or there is no sound in left or
right earbud.
1. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. Press and hold their
touch sensors for five seconds in power OFF mode. Do not release
your fingers until the LED lights on both earbuds flash red and blue
alternately. Then, double press the right earbud’s touch sensor.
Both earbuds will begin auto pairing after three to five seconds and
the light on one earbud will flash blue while the light on the other
earbud will flash red and blue alternately.
2. Delete the pairing name from the mobile device’s Bluetooth
pairing list.
3. On your mobile device, search for “Cordinate TWS” and tap it to
connect both earbuds with your device.
4. If the earbuds fail to connect, place both earbuds into the charging
case and repeat the previous steps.
When the LED light of both earbuds flashes red and blue alternately,
double press the right earbud’s touch sensor.
NOTES
1. If the earbuds are not used for more than two weeks, charging is
recommended.
2. Use a 5V DC, 1A charger made by a qualified manufacturer.
3. Keep distance between your device and the earbuds at 33ft. or less
and make sure nothing is blocking the signal path.
4. Earbud functions may operate dierently based on the protocols
supported by dierent wireless devices.
5. Do not clean the earbuds with harsh chemicals or strong
detergents.
6. Follow enclosed instructions. If any damage or danger occurs due
to improper use, responsibility shall be that of the operator.
WARNINGS
1. Choking hazard. This product includes small parts and may present
a choking hazard or cause other injury to small children. Keep away
from small children.
2. Medical device interference. This product contains magnets,
components and radios that emit electromagnetic fields and may
interfere with medical devices. Consult your physician and medical
device manufacturer for information specific to your medical device
and whether you need to maintain a safe distance of separation
between your medical device and the earbuds and charging case.
Manufacturers often provide recommendations on the safe use
of their devices around wireless or magnetic products to prevent
possible interference. If you suspect the earbuds and charging case
are interfering with your medical device, stop using them.
3. Do not listen at high volume levels for long periods of time, as this
may permanently damage your hearing. Background noise, as well

seem quieter than they actually are.
4. Do not attempt to replace earbud or charging case batteries
yourself, as this may damage the batteries, which could cause
overheating and injury.
5. Do not disassemble or modify your earbuds for any reason.
6. Do not overcharge earbuds or charging case to avoid risk of fire.
7. Do not expose earbuds or charging case to extreme temperatures
(below 0°C/32°F or above 45°C/113°F). It could cause damage,
reduce battery life and lessen the lifespan of your earbuds.
8. Do not place LED lights close to eyes.
9. Do not use earbuds during a thunderstorm, as it can cause a serious
malfunction and increase the risk of electric shock.
