To comply with FCC RF exposure requirements, the MiFi 2372 device should not be used in congurations
that cannot maintain at least 13 mm (0.47 inches or 1/2 inch) from a user.
To maintain a distance of 12 mm (0.51 inches or 1/2 inch) from a user this device shall not be used while in
your pocket.
When using the USB cable please ensure that the MiFi device is not placed on your lap, hand, or close to a
user or bystanders to satisfy RF exposure requirements.

arising under or in connection with the Novatel Wireless product, regardless of the number of events,
occurrences, or claims giving rise to liability, be in excess of the price paid by the purchaser for the Novatel
Wireless product.
