On the MiFi 2 Web Interface
To access the Customer Support page, click Customer Support on the Navigation panel. The
Customer Support page contains the following:
• Your Wireless Number — displays your wireless number.
• Self Service Support — refers to the MiFi 2 User Guide..
• Customer Support — refers you to your service provider for assistance.
• Advanced — takes you to the Advanced Support page where you can enter the code
provided to you by your service provider and unlock your device.
