Wi-Fi Setup
To properly set up your MiFi 2 device, you need to do both of the following tasks:
• Set up a Wi-Fi Connection
• Log into the MiFi Web Interface Home Page
Set Up a Wi-Fi Connection
To connect to your MiFi 2:
➊ Press the Power button.
➋ Tap the Connection Info icon to display your device’s Wi-Fi Network Name (SSID) and
password.
➌ Use your normal Wi-Fi manager on your computer to locate the MiFi 2 Wi-Fi Network Name
(SSID) and select it.
➍ Windows: Click Connect.
Mac OS X: Click the MiFi device network name.
Tip! Windows only: The steps to connect to a Wi-Fi network vary depending on your operating system
version and whether you use the native application or third-party software.
