4 OPERATING PROCEDURE

4.1 Turning Power On

There is no power switch on the LT 4400; connecting the accessory AC adaptor

immediately supplies the power.

1 Initialization

Supplying the power initializes this instrument. The following message is displayed until

initialization is completed. During initialization, incorrect signal is output and key

operation is disabled.

2 Status Display

The following message is displayed until initialization is completed.

4.2 Main Menu

The menu consists of six groups in hierarchical structure. When the top menu is selected,

pressing the MENU key sequentially selects the menus as shown in Figure below.
