DaVinci Pro 6-6 CD printer.

Installing the Ink System (CISS) .
(If not already installed)
The CISS is ALREADY INSTALLED in
your DaVInci pro 6-6 Printer.
Controls.
The control panel on the front corner of the
printer has three buttons and three indicator
lights.
Installing the Ink System.
(If not already installed)
1. Lift the printer cover and press the On/Off
button. Wait for the green light on the On/Off
button to go solid.
2. Press & release the ink button on the
control panel. The print head will move across
to the far side & back, stopping inside the
access hole. The green light will be blinking.
3. Gently position the CISS cartridges in the
head assembly, press down gently & evenly
until all the cartridges are down & locked.
4. Close the cartridge top cover.
5. Route the ink pipes through the clamps
fitted in the printer. See picture.
6. Press & release the ink button.
7. The head will now move back and the
printer pump will charge the print head.
8. Once the green light is solid your printer is
ready to print.
Feed/ink status indicator light.
A. On solid when the printer is ready for
the CD tray, or paper tray, to be pushed in.
(After spooling the image).
B. On solid if the printer is jammed
during printing.
C. Feeds in the CD tray or paper tray.
D. Ejects the CD tray or paper tray.

Printer status indicator light.
A. On solid when the printer is on but
inactive.
B. Flashing when the printer is active.

Feed/Clean button.
A. Flashing when either of the ink
cartridges is low.
B. On solid when either of the ink cartridges are
empty.
C. Flashing slow when the print head is in the
cartridge change position and the black
cartridge requires changing.
D. Flashing fast when the print head is in the
cartridge change position and the colour
cartridge requires changing.
E. Cleans the print head when pressed for 3
seconds with the Feed/ink status light off and
the CD tray out.
Moves the print head to the cartridge change
position when an ink cartridge is empty.
RED
On/Off button
A. Used to turn the printer on and off.
B. Used to clear the printers memory if
pressed twice while the printer is on.
