Method 2
1. Key in the master user access code.
2. Press 4.
The display shows:

3. Key in the current access code for the user you wish
to change (for example, X023 - the default code for
User 23) and press y.
The display shows the user number (U23) and any
text description for that user, for example:
U23:User 23
If you wish to change the name, use the keypad as
described in Changing User Names on page 28.

When the user name is correct, press y.
The display shows (for example):
User 23:
----
5. Key in the new access code. The display shows (for
example):
User 23 = 4926

Press y.
7. In a partitioned system, the display shows the
available partitions. Press keys A, B, C and/or D
repeatedly to change the user’s assignment to one
or more partitions.

(in this case, 4926).
To delete an access code:
1.
Follow either procedure for setting an access code. (If you do not know the
user’s access code use method 1.)
2.
When you come to key in a new access code, key in "0000" (or “000000”
for six digit codes).
