Example 2:
C = 40 lux M1 = 50 lux
Calculation 1: 50 ÷ 40 = 1.25
Calculation 2: 1.25 – 1 = .25
.25 >.20 so: (.25+.20) X 100 = 45%
DFS = 45%
Example 1:
C = 40 lux M = 38 lux
Calculation 1: 38 ÷ 40 = .95
Calculation 2: .95– 1 = .05
.05 <.20 so:
DFS = 20%
Example 3:
C = 40 lux M2 = 50 lux
Calculation 1: 50 ÷ 40 = 1.25
Calculation 2: 1.25 – 1 = .25
.25 >.20 so: (.25+.30) X 100 = 55%
DFS = 55%
