There are 4 types of Alarm modes/Deviation Functions which can alter the alarm response as flowing illustrations:
All horizontal axes represent time line.
“PROC.” : Process Deviation (No Deviation)
“HI dEV” : High Deviation for both Active Above and Active Below
“LO dEV” : Low Deviation for both Active Above and Active Below
“bNd.dEV” : Band Deviation for both Active Above and Active Below
