In Case Your Phone is Ever Lost or Broken
If you lose your phone, or if it is stolen, let us know right away and we’ll suspend service. Once your
service is suspended, no one else can use your phone. We can help you get a replacement phone (most
likely at no charge). We usually can have it to you in just a few days.
If your phone breaks, it comes with a one-year warranty from the original manufacturer and you may be
able to receive a free replacement.
