Basic Troubleshooting

Unplugged or faulty

Check if C-100 is
plugged in, and
outlet is working.
Burnt Fuse. Replace Fuse.
Controller breakdown. Replace Controller.
Electrical Mainboard is
broken or faulty.
Replace Mainboard.

Cool
Low or no Water. Add water.
VENTILATION Mode is
activated.
Activate COOL
Mode.
COOL button not
working.
Replace Controller.
Pump breakdown. Replace Pump.
Electrical Mainboard is
broken or faulty.
Replace Mainboard.

Detected
Airfl ow button not
working.
Replace Controller.
Fan Motor breakdown. Replace Motor.

Odd or
Unpleasant Odor
Dirty or stale water is in
the Water Tank.
Clean Water Tank
thoroughly, replace
with fresh water.
Dirty Pad. Clean the Pad.

DEBUGGING AND INSTALLATION CHECKLIST:
1. Inspect drain pipe for stable connection and assembly.
2. Check the water supply to be sure there is no leakage.
3. Check if the power supply connection is plugged in properly.
4. Check for debris in the water tank.
5. Check for any foreign matter in the air compressor.
6. Ensure that your outlet is properly rated / power source is correct.
7. Check for any shaking or odd vibrations when running the C-100.
