Firmware Updates: Erika’s firmware (internal software) is field updatable.

Computer Operating System Requirements
Android: OS Android 10 or higher and the Android device must have a USB-C port
Older Android Devices without a USB-C port do not accept digital audio.
PC: Windows 10 or newer
Mac: Mac OS 10.10.5 (Yosemite) or higher
