USING AN ELECTRIC HEATER WITH THE ‘‘AWC’’ :
When you use an electric heater wall mount controller instead of the built-in
thermostat display panel, the control panel of your heater becomes inactive.
When a key is pressed, the screen will display ‘‘AU’’ for ‘‘Automatic’’, then show
the temperature setting set by wall Remote.
Warning :
- Connecting your electric heater to an ‘‘AWC’’ will permanently reprogramm its
thermostat.
- If you wish to use it without an ‘‘AWC’’, the heater must be reinitialized by
Convectair (fees may be charged).
IDENTIFICATION OF YOUR HEATER
IMPORTANT : Product information appears
on the heater’s identication label.
Theidenticationlabelislocatedonthelower
right hand side of the heater (same side as the
thermostat). It includes :
– The complete model number and it
production reference number (rep. A) that must
be included in any warranty claim.
– Its capacity in watts (rep.B).
– Its approval standard (rep. C,D,E,F).

Temperature Limiting Control :
This heater is equipped with a manual reset control. In case of a malfunction of
the unit (blocked air output or intake, for example) the heater will stop
heating automatically. After correcting the malfunction the heater can be reset.
To restart the heater, push the button on the upper back panel of the heater.
