Touch screen: A home-automation system Navigator that controls home lighting, comfort, security,
music, videos, Intercom, and other devices on the home network.
TuneIn app: Lets users access streaming music, news, sports, podcasts, and more worldwide using
the TuneIn app on Navigators. Available on new or legacy systems. HC-250, HC-800, and HC-1000
Controllers that upgrade to OS 2.4.0 or later can benefit from TuneIn.

USB: Universal Serial Bus. A format used with USB drives that plugs into a USB port on Control4
devices. USB drives can be used to store photos or applications for access in the Control4 system.
user interface: UI. In a Control4 system, the preferred term is 'Navigator.' The interface is used with
Control4 devices to control the home network. The display on touch screens, MyHome apps, System
Remote Controls, and on-screen Navigators are examples of user interfaces.

Wakeup scene: A type of scene that can be programmed to wake up homeowners. An example of a
Wakeup Scene would be to create a scene that ramps the bedroom lights up slowly and starts playing
soft music at a specified time.
wallpaper: A background used in the graphical or on-screen Navigators.
Wireless Music Bridge: A Control4 device that lets you stream music from your mobile device or
tablet to a room.
WMA format: Windows Media Audio. An audio data compression technology developed at Microsoft.
Z
Zone: A room that provides music. Each room can have its own type of music in a zone.
