(4) By default, the Door Station broadcasts to the group All and to all touch screens inside the
structure until one of the touch screens answers. At that time, all other touch screens disconnect their
communication with the Door Station.
To broadcast (caller on Touch Screen 1 to all other touch screens and send a broadcast):
1. On the touch screen, tap the Intercom icon.
2. On the caller’s intercom page (such as John’s Room), tap All.
3. You can broadcast an audio only or audio and video message just to a group if preferred (see
“Intercom Groups”). The ‘Broadcasting in progress’ screen appears.
4. To use video, tap Start Video or use Send Video. The video appears on all receiving touch
screens (see “Intercom Settings” for details) unless the touch screens don’t support video.
Note: If a room's touch screen setting, ‘Do Not Disturb,’ is on, it does not receive the message or
broadcast.
