Description
The toeeprom function block saves controller settings to EEPROM.

Boolean
When TRUE save the following controller settings:
 Serial port settings
 Protocol settings
 Enable store and forward settings
 LED power settings
 Mask for wake-up sources
 HART interface configuration
The save input must be set to FALSE and back to TRUE to
save controller settings again.

Boolean
TRUE if save input is TRUE.
FALSE in all other cases.
